We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sell-able condition with original tags. If the item is marked FINAL SALE, it is NOT returnable. SALE items can be exchanged.
To process a return, please email us at returns@shopazcollection.com with a reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.
Your return request via email (returns@shopazcollection.com) must be submitted within 7 days from the date you received your shipment to be accepted.
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases. Once we have emailed you the USPS label, you will have 14 days from that date for your items to be accepted in order to receive a store credit (Valid for 90 days). Once we receive your package, we will promptly notify you via email when your return has been processed and issue the store credit to the email you have on file. Any products received after the 14 days will only receive a credit of 50% of the total order.
Exchanges for regular priced items and SALE items are accepted if your request is submitted via email (returns@shopazcollection.com) within 7 days from the date you received your shipment. Once we receive the request, a UPS label will be created and sent to your email. We cannot guarantee that the item you are exchanging will be in stock. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items purchased under discount codes will be issued an exchange, or store credit for the total discounted amount, NOT the original price of the items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable/consumable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/skincare products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
